YEIDA Plot Scheme:-

The Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority has provided details on the distribution of residences in Noida and New Delhi. The plan was introduced on 30 June 2022. For the plots, it has been making big contracts. YEIDA was updated on September 7, 2022, and new regulations have been put in place since then. YEIDA Plot Scheme

The YEIDA Plot Scheme offers plots for industrial and institutional purposes. Plots in Greater Noida sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20, and 22D will be sold through a residential real estate project that YEIDA is getting set to debut. In accordance with this plan, 477 plots are available, ranging in size from 60 to 90 to 120 to 162 to 200 to 300 to 500 to 1000 to 2000 square meters. Some of the plots in the present proposal are the same as those that were carried over from the earlier plans, while others are completely new. Online applications for the program are accepted between September 7 and October 7, and the allocation will be done on November 18 by a draw.

Before submitting an application for consideration under the plan on the Authority’s website, a candidate must pay an equal to 10% of the plot’s total cost. There will be several payment methods available:-

When it comes to the distribution of plots, those who wish to pay all at once will receive preference. (One time)
Those who pay a portion of the total price all at once and the remainder in installments come after them in the list. (50:50)
People who pay 30% of the whole sum all at once and the remaining 70% in monthly installments will be given the least consideration. (30:70)

02nd August Update: 1,184 Plots for Sale, Apply Before September 1, 2023

The Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) launched a residential plot program on Tuesday that enables buyers to submit applications for a total of 1,184 plots near the Noida International Greenfield Airport, which is being constructed in Jewar along the Yamuna Motorway. Buyers may submit applications for the plots beginning August 8 and continuing until September 1, 2023. Under the supervision of an allotment committee, Yeida will assign these plots on October 18 by a random drawing. Yeida is selling these plots for 24,600 per square meter, with allocation based on a drawing.

The proposal includes 190 plots of 120 square meters each, 34 of which are set aside for farmers whose land was purchased at a 17% discount for development in this area. Along the Yamuna Motorway, ten plots have also been set aside for owners of industrial buildings that have already begun to operate there. In this project, there are 260 162 square meter plots, of which 13 are designated for owners of industrial units and 45 for farmers.

There are 466 200-square-meter plots available, with 82 reserved for farmers and 23 for owners of industrial units. There are 208 plots totaling 300 square meters, 10 of which are reserved for industrial unit owners and 36 for farmers. Of the 24 500 square meter plots, four are reserved for farmers and one for owners of commercial or industrial buildings. There are ten 2,000 square meter plots available, three of which are reserved for farmers and one for owners of industrial buildings, and thirteen 1,000 square meter plots.

02nd August Update:- Flats Available for Sale On First Come, First Served Basis

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced a first-come, first-served-basis auction for 462 built-up multi-story apartments. These flats are located in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway and have prices ranging from Rs 42 lakh to Rs 43 lakh. There are just 2 BHK unencumbered flats available in the current project. As of August 2, the program is open for public registration. Because it is an ongoing program There is no stated deadline for applications. The apartments are available for occupancy, and they will be assigned by a lottery. Each tower will have a height of stilt plus 16 stories and be situated in Sector 22D’s most desirable area. Plot purchases come with three different payment methods. Three payments are convenient since those requesting the program can pay in full upfront or in installments.
The beneficiaries of this program will be given a 90-year lease.

Application Process

First, visit the official website.

Select a scheme from the dashboard.
An application form will open on your screen.
