  • After that, upload the photo of the head member of the family. (format:- png, gif, jpeg, jpg files under 10 KB size)
  • Step 5: Uploading Residence Proof
  • Then, upload residence proof.(format:- png, gif, jpeg, and pdf format. The size of the file should be less than 100 KB)
  • After completing all of above the procedure, click on the Submit option.
  • Now, you will receive a reference number.
  • Through this number, you can check the status of the ration card.

  • First, visit the official website of Tamilnadu Public Distribution System.
  • Now, click on the Correction of Details option under the Correct Your Smart Card section.
  • Then, enter the registered mobile number.
  • Now, an OPT will be sent to your mobile number.
  • Enter this OTP in the required place.
  • After this, the correction form will open in front of you.
  • Here, enter all those details which should be corrected.
  • After that, upload the photo of the head member of the family. (format:- png, gif, jpeg, jpg files under 10 KB size)
  • Finally, click on the Submit option.
  • Now, a reference number will be given to you.
  • Through this number, you can check the status of the ration card.
