Bihar Scholarship Objectives
- To encourage and motivate deserving students to pursue further studies regardless of any financial constraint.

Bihar Scholarship Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Bihar State.
- They must not be in receipt of any other scholarship.
- They must have passed the last qualifying examination.

Examination Fee Reimbursement
In this Scheme, the secondary examination fee of the BC or EBC category students is reimbursed by the School Examination Committee.
Chief Minister’s Extremely Backward Class Meritorious Scheme
- In this scheme, students who belong to the EBC category will get Rs.10000/- as an award for their brilliant performance in academics.
- The amount is given to those students who attained 1st division in 10th standard.
- The main motive of this scheme is to encourage the students for further education, especially for the students of the village area.
Chief Minister Backward Class Meritocracy Scheme
- In this scheme, students who belong to the BC category will get Rs.10000/- as an award for their brilliant performance in academics.
- The amount is given to those students who attained 1st division in 10th standard.
- The main motive of this scheme is to encourage the students for further education especially for the students of the village area.
Eligibility conditions
- Permanent resident of Bihar who belongs to the BC category
- Must attain first division in 10th standard
- Family income is must below than 1.5 lakh
Pre-Exam Training Center
The government has established a pre-exam training center for the BC or OBC students to impart training of competitive examinations. Those students who are interested in getting training can get it free of cost.
