Eligibility Criteria 

To apply for EWS Certificate AP, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

  • The applicant Should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • The annual income of the applicant’s family from all the sources should be less than Rs 800000.
  • Applicant family must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land.

  • Duly completed application form with a court stamp fee of Rs.2/-.
  • Education records.
  • Certificate issued by two different gazette officers.
  • Ration Card.
  • Voter ID.
  • Non-judicial paper declaration of Rs.10/-, as per the Government Order (G.O.) 1551 and Income Tax return payslip (if any).
  • Residential proof.
  • Passport-sized photo.

How To Create Login ID/ Registration

To apply for the EWS Certificate AP or any other certificate through this scheme, you to create log in id or do registration first. To create a login id follow the same steps given below.

  • Now a Registration Form will be open on your screen.

  • Now enter all the asked information in the registration form like Personal Details and Contact details.
  • Then click on Submit.
  • Now an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Fill in OTP and click on submit.
  • After clicking on Submit, You have to open a registered email id and you have to click on the link sent by the MeeSeva portal to activate your ID.
  • Now you have successfully created your account.
  • Note down the Login credentials for future use.

How To Recover Password

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website of MeeSeva Portal.
  • Just above the New Registration option you will get the Forgot Password option, Click on it.

  • Now enter your User id, Captcha code, and click on GET OTP.
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Enter OTP, Click on submit.
  • Now enter a new password, renter it in another box and click on submit.
  • Now you have successfully changed your password.

How To Apply For EWS Certificate Online

To apply for the EWS Certificate AP you need to follow the simple steps given below:-

  • Now click on Income Certificate.
  • After clicking on Income Certificate, a login form will pop out.
  • Enter User_id, Password, Captcha code and click on sign in.
  • After login, then a new form will open.
  • Now enter the asked information in form like name, Date of birth, income details, etc.
  • Upload the asked documents in the form.
  • After filling and uploading all the information asked in the form, Click on Show Payment.
  • Click on Confirm Payment, Fill in payment details.
  • At last click on submit.

Offline Procedure of EWS Certificate

  • First of all, you have to visit your nearest MeeSeva Center.
  • Now take the EWS Certificate application from the center or you can download the application form from the given link.
