Eligibility Criteria For SSP Post Matric Scholarships

• For Technical Education Department
  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  2. The annual income of beneficiary parents must be between Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs.
  3. For Defence Scholarship, the applicant’s parents serving in Army/Navy/Airforce or working as JCO/NCO/ Lower rank.
• Medical Education Department
  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  2. The annual income of beneficiary parents must be between Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs.
• Karnataka state Brahmin development board
  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  2. The annual income of beneficiary parents must be between Rs 2.5 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs.
• Department of backward class welfare
  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  2. For Category 1, the annual income of the beneficiary family should be less than Rs 2.5 lakhs.
  3. For categories 2A, 3A, 3B, and other OBC aspirants, the annual income of the beneficiary family should be less than Rs 1 lakhs.

• Now on the home page of the site, click on the create account option.
• Now a new page will be open.

• Now select the scheme, your category, College District where you are studying, Then enter your aadhar number, and name on your aadhar card.
• After filling in all details click on Submit.
• Now enter your mobile number and email id.
• After that an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, fill it in the form.
• Now you have to upload a scanned copy of your caste certificate details like your religion, category, caste certificate number, etc.
