Advantages of JDA New Scheme

• A total of 1,500 plots will be developed in these four schemes starting August 15. Allotment of 1500 plots in housing schemes will be done through lottery and auction.
• The civic body will develop a colony named Hiralal Shastri Nagar in Zone-14, Gokul Nagar in Prithviraj Nagar Yojna (North Zone), APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar in Zone 11. Around 200 plots of Nilay Kunj Yojna were earlier developed in Zone-9. Allotment will be done after re-planning.
• In order to sell the plots in its developed schemes, the JDA had recently reduced the reserve price of uninhabited land in its area from 10% to 37%. The decision was taken by the higher authorities in view of the fall in prices in the area and for many years, they were unable to auction the plots.

• To apply for the MIG category the annual income of the applicant’s family should be between Rs. 600000/- to Rs. 1000000/-
• It is necessary to have a bank account in the name of the applicant.
• The applicant or his/her spouse or dependent should not have any residential house in any area of the state.
• JDA should not allot any plot/house in the name of the applicant in the last 10 years.
