HUDA Plot Scheme:- The (HUDA) Haryana Urban Development Authority has started a scheme called the HUDA Plot Scheme under which the state government provides plots that are located within the urban cities of Gurugram, Rewari, Faridabad, Sonipat, Ambala, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Jind, Hisar, and Bhiwani.

The people who belong to the economically weaker sections are eligible beneficiaries of this scheme. HUDA Plot Scheme 

In 2019, Haryana Urban Development Authority also known as Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran has started the HUDA Plot Scheme to provide a plot to the residents of Haryana at an affordable rate. The beneficiaries of the scheme include economically weaker sections in cities like Gurugram, Rewari, Faridabad, Sonipat, Ambala, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Jind, Hisar, and Bhiwani.

An eligible beneficiary who wants to apply for the HUDA Plot Scheme can visit the official website of the Haryana Urban Development Authority and apply online. The resident’s plots are allocated by conducting the draw from the applications received against the advertisement.

Objective Of HUDA Plot Scheme

The objective of the HUDA Plot Scheme is to provide a piece plot to the people of the economically weaker section in places like Gurugram, Rewari, Faridabad, Sonipat, Ambala, Panipat, and Kurukshetra at an affordable rate.

Schedule Of Payment

  • 10% cost of of the plot is paid at the time of application submission.
  • 15% cost of the plot is paid within 30 days from the date of issuance of the letter of allotment.
  • The remaining 75% of the tentative price of the plot is payable within 60 days in lumpsum without interest from the date of issuance of the allotment letter or in six annual installments with a 9%  rate of interest.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for HUDA Plot Scheme 2022-23 are as follows:

  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
  • The annual household income of the applicant must be less than Rs 3 lakhs.
  • The applicant can be a Group D employee of the Haryana government.
  • The applicant must not own any house or plot.

Documents Required

The following documents are needed to apply for the HUDA Plot Scheme 2022-23:

  • Aadhar card or any Identity Proof.
  • Pan Card.
  • Certified copy of co-operation society resolution.
  • Income certificate.
  • Passport-size photograph.

How To Apply For the HUDA Plot Scheme 

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website of the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
  • Now on the home page click on Online Service.
  • Now a login page will open, if you already have login credentials then enter your login id and password and click on login.
  • If you do not have log-in credentials then click on register.
  • Now registration form will open on your screen, fill in all the details and click on submit.
  • Now you have to click on the Form for HUDA affordable housing scheme.
  • An application form will open on your screen, and fill in all the information asked in the application form.
  • Upload all the asked documents and click on submit.
  • Now select a payment method to pay the application fees or you can pay through the bank by downloading the challan.
  • After paying the application fees application number will be generated and saved, and it will be needed for future use.

Procedure For Bidder Registration for Purchase of Plots through E-Auction

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website of the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
  • on the home page, Under the important link, you will get the E-Auctions Portal to click on it.
  • Now you will be redirected to a new page.
  • Choose the region-specific auction you are interested in.
  • Now a new page will open where you will; get an option to register yourself as a bidder, you can also get the auction details, such as their start and end date, registration fees, extension price, area, and more.
  • Click on Register.
  • The registration form will open, fill in all the details asked in the application form, and click on register.
  • Now you have successfully registered as a bidder.

How To Track The Application Status 

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website of the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
  • On the home page, you have to click on plot status inquiry.
  • Now enter the Urban estate code, sector ID, and Plot number, and click on search.
  • Now the complete details of the plot will be displayed on your screen.
