Assam Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana

On October 02, 2023, the chief minister of Assam Shri Hemanta Biswa Sharma started the Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana.  The scheme has specially started for government employee, pensioners and their dependents (Family Members). This is similar to an Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

Under this MMLSAY, a cashless medical facility and insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakhs will be provided to the beneficiaries. Under this scheme, receipts can apply online for advance payments accepted from recipients and the payment will be made within the pre-determined time frame of 90 days.

Registration Process Of Assam Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana

• First of all, visit the official website of the MMLSAY.
• On the homepage, you have to click on the beneficiary login/ registration link.
• Now you have to select one employment type, Employee or Pensioner.
• Select an option to validate the account, PAN number,  PPAN number, and GPF number.
• Then according to the select the account enter the asked details such as PAN, GPF Number, Name, Email id, Address, Bank details, etc.
• Upload the relevant documents.
• After completing the registration form, click on proceed.

• First of all, visit the official website of the MMLSAY.
• On the homepage, you have to click on the login link.
• Now enter your username and password and click on login.
• After login, the dashboard will be open on your screen.
• On the dashboard, you have to click on the MMLSA Card Download option.
• Now a new page will open on your screen.
• Enter all the required details and click on submit.
• Now the MMLSA card will be downloaded on your device. You can save it or take the printout of the card for future reference.
