- Now click on MIS and Reports.
- Further, you need to click on Reports>NFSA/NON-NFSA Ration Card Drill Down Report.
- After this, the district-wise ration card list will be displayed on your screen. Then you need to select your district. On doing this the ration card list of your district will be displayed.
- Further, the applicants need to at the name of tehsil to open the village wise list.
- Click on the village name to open the FPS wise list.
- Click on the FPS ID to open the Jammu and Kashmir Ration Card List.
- Now Click the link on the numbers given under the different columns such as BPL, AAY, PHH to check more detailed specific data.
- Then the list will display in front of you.
- You can also print the list by clicking on the print option available below the list.

- Further, you need to click on Reports–>Ration Card Application Status Report.
- Enter your details and click on generate.
- Reports will be generated automatically.
