The YST Rythu Bharosa Scheme is started by the CM of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on 5th September 2019. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 13500 will be provided to nearly 49 lakh families of the state. The payment has been divided into three different phases. This includes ₹7,500 in the first phase till May 15, ₹4,000 in the second phase October, and ₹2,000 in the third phase.

The financial assistance will be directly transferred into the beneficiary bank account. The YSR Rayathu Bharsa scheme is applied to tenant farmers who belong to SC, ST, BC, minority categories. people who are on forest and endowment land are also eligible to benefit from the scheme.

The objective of the Scheme

The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the farmers of the state. To develop the agriculture sector of state by increasing crop production by which the income of the farmers will increase their economical condition will also uplift, and to reduce the debt on farmers.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Guidelines

  • In order to get the benefit of YSR Rythu Bharosd Yojana some conditions adopted by the farmers are necessary.
  • There is no restriction on land holdings by landlord families under the YSR Rethu Bharosa scheme.
  • For tenant farmer the minimum required area for the farmer to lease to the farmer which is as follows:
    1. acre for agriculture, horticulture, or sericulture
    2. Half acre if the tenant grows vegetables, flowers, and fodder crops
    3. 0.1 acre for beta vines
  • There is also a list of some exclusions under the scheme.

Benefits of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • Financial assistance of Rs 13500 will be provided to farmer families for 5 years.
  • Tenant farmers will get Rs. 2500 per year.
  • Farmers will get a loan at a zero percent interest rate.
  • Life insurance of Rs 5 lakh will be provided to farmer’s families.
  • Farmers don’t have to pay road tax for tractors.
  • Free electricity of 9 hours a day and free borewell facilities will be provided.

III Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa

Under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, The Andhra Pradesh government is providing Rs 13,500 every year to the farmers of the state to help them to cope with the challenges that occur in farming. This amount will be given to farmers for a period of 5 years. Rs 7500 is provided at 1st installment and Rs 400 is provided at the second installment. This amount was given to the farmers of Andhra Pradesh on 15 May 2020 and 27 October 2020 and on 28 December 2020 3rd installment of Rs 2000 is deposited in the beneficiary bank account.

Around Rs, 1766 crores have been deposited into the farmer’s bank account, out of which Rs 1120 crores were released under the third installment and  Rs 646 crore investment subsidy to farmers who are affected by the October cyclone.

II Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa

Under the second installment of YSR Rythu Bharosa, Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has deposited Rs 2000 into the beneficiary bank account. A total of 1114.87 crores will be deposited into  50,47,383 beneficiary bank accounts.  In Rabi season, the owners of the land, SC, ST, BC, minority contract farmers, Dharmasav, and forest land farmers will get the Rythu Trust amount and subsidies will be provided to the farmers who lost their crops from May to September. Rs 113.11 crore is allocated to agriculture farmers and Rs 22.59 crore is allocated to horticulture growers.

I Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa

On 15th May 2020, the CM of Andhra Pradesh has distributed financial aids to all eligible farmers. Through the video conference, Mr. YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy also announced that due to the Coronavirus out of Rs 7500, Rs 2000 is deposited on April 2020 and the rest amount of Rs 5500 is deposited to the beneficiary bank account on 15th May 2020.

Andhra Pradesh YSR Rythu Bharosa Farmer List

During covid 19, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy has made 9 promises during his campaign. One of them is YSR Rythu Bharosa. Under this scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government will provide financial assistance of Rs 50000 to the farmers of the state. At the beginning of the second month, the beneficiary’s family will get Rs 1500 per year. In addition, the government will provide zero percent interest loans and free borewell, cold storage, and food processing units.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, the applicant has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

  • The applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Applicant should be a farmer by profession or must be associated with the agricultural sector.
  • The farmer should have 5 acres of cultivable land.
  • Tenant, small marginal, Landowner farmers can vail the benefits of this scheme.

Ineligible For The YSR Rythu Bharosa

Following is the list who are not eligible to apply for the scheme:

  • All retired persons whose monthly pension is Rs 10,000 or more (excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class 4 / Group D employees) are excluded.
  • Persons paying commercial tax / commercial tax / GST during the last assessment year are excluded.
  • Farms that have been converted into home sites, aquaculture, or any other non-agricultural use (updated or not updated in revenue records) are excluded.
  • All those who have paid income tax in the previous assessment year are excluded.
  • Professional engineers such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, architects, etc. who are registered with professional bodies and carry out their practices are ineligible to apply for this scheme.
  • Regular employees of the local bodies (excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class 4 / Group D employees), along with attached offices / autonomous institutions under the State and Government of the Central Public Undertakings, are excluded.
  • former or present member of Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha/state legislative assembly/state legislative council is excluded.
  • Serving or retired, officer or employee of Central government ministry or state government ministry/officers/ departments and their fields are excluded.
  • Former or current mayors of the municipal corporation are excluded.
  • The former and current president of the district panchayat is excluded.
  • All institutional landholders, peasant families in which one or more of its members are former or current holders of constitutional post and former or current ministers and ministers of state are excluded.

Procedure To Check YSR Rythu Bharosa List 

To check the YSR Rythu Bharosa List follow the given procedure:

  • On the home page, you have to click on Log In.

  • Enter User Name, Password, Captcha code, and click on Log in.
  • Now the list of eligible beneficiary details will be on your screen with details like Beneficiary name, Father name, Khatha number.
  • Now you have to enter the Khatha Number in the Search Box.
  • Now, beneficiary details will be on your screen.

Procedure to Edit The Information Of The Beneficiary

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website.
  • Click on the login, enter your credentials.
  • Now the list of eligible beneficiary details will be on your screen with details like Beneficiary name, Father name, Khatha number.
  • Now you have to enter the Khatha Number in the Search Box.
  • Now, beneficiary details will be on your screen.
  • Now you have to click on the Edit option to edit the details given in the last column.
  • Beneficiary details will appear along with Web land information and Pss information.
  • Now check the details, if filled details are correct then click on “Verify Status” and click on “Mismatch details” if filled details are not correct.
  • Then Select Marital Status, Caste Details, Type of beneficiary, Type of Land, Type of Crop, and Check Status.
  • If details not matched select the details not matched option and select reject reason.
  • At last click on submit and save details.

Procedure to Check YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status

  • Now enter the Aadhar Number, then enter the Captcha code and click on submit.
  • Now required details will be on your screen.

Know Your Input Subsidy Status

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website.
  • Now on the home page, you have to click on the Know Your Input Subsidy status option.
  • Now enter your Aadhar number and click on submit.
  • Now your input subsidy details will be on your screen.

Offline Application Procedure Of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website.
  • Enter your login credentials.
  • After login, you have to click on the download application form link.
  • After clicking on the link application form will be open in PDF form.
  • Now download the Application Form and print it.
  • Now fill in all the asked details in the application form carefully.
