The Sensodyne IDA Shining Star Scholarship Programme is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative launched by Haleon India, the manufacturer of Sensodyne toothpaste. This program is a collaboration between Haleon India, Buddy4Study (B4S), and the Indian Dental Association (IDA). The primary objective of the Shining Star Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to deserving and underprivileged students from all over India who are pursuing a 4-year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in government or government-aided colleges.
Under this scheme, Haleon India is offering scholarships to 57 students who are starting their dental studies. The Indian Dental Association (IDA) and Buddy4Study (B4S) will verify if students qualify for the scholarship by ensuring that they meet the rules and have good academic performance.
Under this Sensodyne Scholarship Program, each selected student will receive a total of INR 4,20,000 during their 4 years of studies. This means they’ll get INR 1,05,000 every year.

Note:After being chosen, Sensodyne IDA Shining Star Scholars are required to uphold a minimum score of 60% in each semester/year to maintain eligibility for Scholarship renewal.
