Amount Of Compensation
- If a farmer dies due to any type of animal attack, Rs 8 lakh will be given as compensation.
- If the farmer is injured by any kind of animal attack, he will be given Rs 15,000 as compensation.
- If a farmer’s crop is destroyed by any type of animal attack then 50% or 40% of the rupee will be provided as compensation.
- Compensation of Rs 800 per meter ton will be given in case of damage to the sugarcane crop.
- 4800 rupees will be given as compensation for the destruction of the coconut tree.
- 2800 rupees will be given as compensation for the damage caused to the betel nut crop.
- 36 thousand rupees will be given as compensation if the mango tree is destroyed.

The objectives of the PIK Nuksan Vima Yojana are:
