On June 18, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana while addressing a public meeting in Vadodara city. Under this scheme, nutritious food will be given to pregnant and lactating women and their newborn children. This nutritious diet will be provided during the initial 1000 days.

Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana Gujarat will help in tackling malnutrition and anemia during pregnancy. And will also take care of the child’s health. And also this scheme is also going to help in reducing stunting and premature delivery. Through this scheme, better nutrition will be provided to both mother and child.

The main objective of starting the Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana is to provide nutrition to pregnant and lactating women. Through this scheme, the government is going to provide nutritious food for initial 1000 days. With the implementation of this scheme, there will be a reduction in diseases like malnutrition and anemia. The health of babies will also improve. The scheme will also help in reducing stunting and premature delivery. Matrushakti Yojana will ensure better nutrition for both mother and child.

Under this scheme, nutritious food will be given to pregnant and lactating women and their newborn children during the initial 1000 days.
The scheme has been launched to tackle malnutrition and anemia during pregnancy which hinders the fetus and worsens the health of the baby.
The scheme is going to reduce stunting and premature delivery.
Through this scheme, better nutrition will be provided to both mother and child.
For the year 2022-23, along with all pregnant and lactating women, pregnant or mothers of children up to 2 years of age registered in the software of the Health Department will also be able to take advantage of this scheme.
The government is going to provide 2 kg gram, 1 kg Toor dal, and one liter of groundnut oil from the Anganwadi center under this scheme.
The government has allocated a budget of Rs 811 crore for the implementation of this scheme.
The government is ready to make a provision of Rs 4000 crore for the implementation of this scheme for the next 5 years.

The applicant woman must be a permanent resident of Gujarat.
The woman should be either a pregnant or lactating mother.

After that, click on self-registration.

On this page, enter your Aadhar card number, name, date of birth, and caste.
After that, click on validate Aadhar.
Now enter your ration card member Id, name, mobile number, etc.
After that, click on send OTP.
Now enter the received OTP into the OTP box and click on Save and Next.
