Jagananna Smart Town Scheme
- On 23 March 2021, Jagananna Smart Town Scheme was introduced by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
- The main aim of this scheme is to provide the plot to families belonging to middle-income groups.
- It’s everyone’s dream to own a home or plot in today’s life but due to the extensive growth in land prices, it becomes difficult for middle-class families to own one.
- They used their complete saving to buy a piece of plot, so to help all those residents of the Andhra Pradesh state government has started this scheme.
There are separate sections for the normal citizens and government, pensioner employees. Government and pensioners will get some extra benefits. As the allocation of the plots will be done by the computerized lottery system so 10% of the plots are reserved for AP state government employees at a 20% discount given by the state government.

Objective Of Jagananna Smart Town Scheme
The objective of this scheme is to provide the plots to the MIG(middle-income group) or those residents whose annual income is less than Rs 18 lakhs at a very low price. By the implementation of this scheme around 30 lakhs people from all across the state will be benefited.

- If you have already registered in the portal then enter your login credentials and if you are new to the portal then click on New User Registration.
- Now registration form will open fill in all the details asked in it such as:

- After filling in all the details click on register.
- Now login to the portal using your user id and password.
- Now after login into the portal click on New Application.
- Accept the terms and conditions and after accepting their application form the Jagananna Smart town will open on your screen.
