Application Procedure At Society Level

  • It will be the responsibility of the secretary of the society to check the details of the entries made by the farmer in the application form.
  • After checking the information given by the farmer and verifying the documents, the secretary is required to digitize the information in the registration forms.
  • The information provided by the farmers will be digitized under the society login provided in the farmer registration module.
  • The details of that land are attached to the Bhulekh application. The online system will automatically fetch the relevant details of the land from the Bhulekh database
  • Farmers will also have to mention the electricity consumer number in the application form.
  • A separate page will be given for registration under the society login
  • Disputed claims will also be settled. The online system will veto the claim of all applicant farmers for the inclusion of particular land in joint farming areas in respect of a single plot exceeding the total area of the plot.

Verification Process By The Bank Authority

  • The officials will verify all the lands which are not classified as irrigated in the revenue department but claim to be irrigated.
  • In respect of all registers, claims of farmers as to extent of cultivation need to be verified.
  • Bank account verification is required to be done with reference to the application form.
  • The verified forms will be submitted to the Chief CSO by Tehsildar and Noodle Bank Branches within a week of receipt of each batch of verification forms.
  • The verification will be done with reference to records and through field inquiry.
  • The verification report of non-Bhulekh land will be handed over by the CSO to the Tehsildar and the details of the bank account to the nodal bank officer.
