The 3 Schemes are PM Samagra Swasthya Yojana, Heal In India, and Heal By India. Three Health Care Scheme

On the 75th Independence Day of India on 15 August, the Prime Miniter Of India will reveal the 3 Healthcare schemes. The objective of all the 3 is different. The PM Samagra Swasthya Yojana is to provide quality medical service at a low cost to the people of our country. Heal In India is to boost medical tourism in our country and the Heal By India is to improve educational institutions in the health sector and create overseas employment opportunities for India’s trained professionals in the health sector.

PM Samagra Swasthya Yojana

The government of India will unveil the details of this scheme with the other 2 schemes on 15 august. PM Samagra Swasthya Yojana is an umbrella healthcare program that will replace the flagship healthcare schemes PM Jan Arogya Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, and PM Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission.

The main objective of this scheme is to provide everyone access to equitable, relatively affordable, and high-quality healthcare.

Heal In India

As we all know the cost of any kind of surgery and treatment is less compared to other countries and lots of foreigners visit India for the treatment of their diseases. The medical tourism sector is one of the growing sectors of our country, we get billions of dollars from the medical sector.

With the objective of promoting medical tourism in India, Heal In India Scheme will be launched. According to the Medical Tourism Index India is in 10th rank out of the top 46 countries in the world.

The Government of India has allowed people from 44 countries from where people can come to India for treatment. These are mainly African, Latin American, SAARC, and Gulf countries.

The government of India will start the first Institutional mechanism for medical tourism. The health ministry in collaboration with the National Health Authority has developed a multi-lingual portal(Multi-language) to facilitate international patients coming to India. Through this portal, the overseas patient will be able to check hospitals in India, package rates, treatment methods of modern and traditional systems, facilities, etc.

The government will provide the VISA and Hospital Support and Language support As well.

To help the overseas patients interpreters and special desks will be deployed at 10 airports so that they don’t have to face any kind of problems and it will be easy for the foreign patients to manage and understand procedures and other things.

Heal By India

India is the Pharmacy hub of the world as India holds the 3rd rank in pharmaceutical production by volume. Under Heal By India program, Under this scheme, the government will send doctors abroad to perform medical procedures. The objective of Heal By India aims to improve educational institutions in the health sector and create overseas employment opportunities for India’s trained professionals in the health sector and enhance education to churn out quality human resources in health, thus that will built them in such a way that they will be eligible to work anywhere in the world.
