    • First of all, you have to visit the Common Service Centre in your area.
    • Then take the application form from the operator of CSC Centre or you can download it from the given link below.

    • Then the CSC operator will forward the application form to the concerned authority. after submission of the application form, you will get a Reference number by which you can check the application status or you can download the certificate from it.
    • Now you will get the application status on your registered mobile number and email.
    • After verification Residence certificate will be issued, you have to visit the CSC center and get the digitally signed domicile certificate.
  • Online Method: Through e-Pramaan Portal
    • First of all, you have to visit the official website of Manipur e-Pramaan Portal.

  • Now on the home page on the Login Tab select Citizen and click on Click here to Login With ePramaan.
  • If you already have Login Id then log in on the portal and if you are new to the portal then click on New user? Create an account.
  • Now you will get 3 options:
    • Registration using Aadhaar Number / VID
    •  Registration using Driving Licence
    •  Registration without Identity verification (not recommended)
  • Select one of them and fill in the information asked in the form such as Identity, Residential Details, etc.
  • Then OTP will be sent on your registered mobile and email id, fill it in the form.
  • After registration, log in to the portal.
  • Then select Domicile on the Service option, Fill in all the details in the application form.
  • Upload the asked documents and click on Submit.
  • After submission of the application form, you will get an acknowledgment slip to save it for future use.

How To Check The Application Status Of Residence Certificate?

  • Now fill in the Application Number and click on Search.
  • Now required details will be on your screen.

Procedure To Download The Residence Certificate
