- Now a new page will open on your screen.
- Click on the Online Form Submission link.
- Choose the District and local body type, Local body and click on the Submit button.
- Now the login page will open on your screen.
- If you are a new user then register with your details, including name, email, mobile number, address, and password. If you have already registered, log in with your username and password.

- After login, the application form will open on the screen.
