The Kerala government launched the “Athidhi Portal” to register migrant workers. The site launched statewide on August 7 and migrant workers would register, according to the labor department. Both employers and contractors that bring temporary workers into the state can register their personnel there. In order to expedite the registration process for migrant workers in the state and adopt a unique identity system, the state government of Kerala launched the “Athidhi portal” on Monday.

Athidhi Portal Kerala Benefits

- The Awas Health Insurance Scheme was established for migrant workers, and more than five lacks of them are registered under it. The labor department would take action to find and enroll any unregistered workers.
