How to Get Khatian Information on the Jomir Tothya App?
- After the Jomir Tothya app install on your device.
- Now open the app, choose your desired language i.e., Bangla, Hindi, or English
- After that, choose Yes to proceed or No to change your selection.
- Now, choose Khatian Information from the list of accessible services.
- After that, select the district, block, and mouza.
- Click on the Proceed button.
- Then, enter the Khatian number to get the details.
- Now check what mouza is, the ownership details of the Khatian, the name of the owner, the type of owner, the name of the husband or father, the address, the number of plots defined in the Khatian, the total area indicated in the Khatian, etc.

How to get the RS-LR Data?
- First, open the Jomir Tothya App.
- Now, click on the RS-LR Information option in the service list.
- Then, enter the location details. (You can choose this by using the drop-down menu)
- Now, decide if you wish to convert RS to LR or the other way around.
- Enter the plot number to find out more about converting land.
Note=> RS refers to Revisional Settlement (1962) and LR stands for Land Reforms (1955).
Track the Status of your Case
To Track the Status, follow the below-given steps:
- First, open the Jomir Tothya App.
- Now, select Case Status from the main menu.
- Then, enter the land’s or property’s address.
- After that, choose a Case-wise search or a Deed-wise search to continue.
- If you are conducting a case-by-case search, you will need to supply the case number.
- Enter the deed number and year to determine pertinent data for a deed-wise search.
- You may confirm hearing notices, investigations, and mutations with the Jomir Tothya app.

For fee calculation on the app, follow the steps given below:-
- First, open the Jomir Tothya App.
- From the service list page, click on the Fee Information option.
- After that, enter the location, including the block, mouza, and district.
